Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch orders the same working day (weekdays, excluding public holidays)  however, during busy periods this isn't always possible. We will send a confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched (please check your spam folder if you do not receive the email). You can log in to the website at any time to check the status of your order. Orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked. We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. This will allow you to track your order at multiple stages of the delivery process. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folders before contacting us.
